With a super busy routine but yet a zest to travel around the world, this family had a brief to design their home, to have a tasteful blend of minimalism and elegance together. With contemporary elements well integrated into the entire volume, we have blended both the styles together. The living room oozes pastels from matt finishes to a metallic textured wall with a large size vertical wall art display. The use of wood is minimalist,yet strikes a contrast to the subtle pastels. The special mention is to the contemporary idea of door frames, where the wood makes a picturesque frame to every room entrance door including the main door. The study is an exception to all the wood, where solid grey holds a contrast to the various shades of blue, increasing the level of interest. With a clean and stressfree look for this busy family home, they are happy to live in this stunning space.

This 1200 sft apartment in Kanjurmarg, speaks of a complete contemporary language. Each of the spaces speak of volumes defined with design elements moving from wall to ceiling or otherwise. A brief for this 2000 sft IT business office,in Mumbai was to create a youthful yet a corporate look keeping in mind their ever enthusiastic young team who finds this office an always fun place to work. A detailed plan for accomodating their storage services for IT hardware along with seperate workplace areas for maintenance and accounts staff , has helped built an efficient working environment. Integrating technology like biometrics at every entry points ensures for high security. The classy look and feel for the directors’ cabins with a good mix of veneered and trendy colors has a striking impact. The lobby has been designed with a minimalist white look with a subtle veneer as contrast.

While we were working on the brief for this first clinic in Dubai for the brand, the instructions were crystal clear;’The look and feel should speak of nothing less than super luxury and grandeur, when one enters into one of the largest dental brands’ clinic in Dubai.’ This brief has been evidently achieved with a contemporary, elegant and super stylish reception space and waiting lounge. The operatories with cutting edge technology are designed for great efiiciency, style, luxury and comfort as the brand demands. This 3000 sft dental clinic has been our first foray into the international arena and there is more to come.
